There is plenty of parking on site at the venue itself. Two parking lots one for guests and one for bridal party and immediate family. If you were to book with the double tree hotel for your out of town guests they do offer a shuttle service as well to and from the venue.

YES. The all inclusive package really does have all these wonderful vendors included.

Yes! As an all-inclusive venue, we offer everything you need for your wedding or event.

Your planner will meet with you during a team meeting shortly after booking, be accessible by phone to you at any time with ideas, and meet again 4-6 weeks before your event to finalize all details.

Yes, we have 8 60” round and 20 6’ rectangle dining tables and 150 chairs for your guests.

No worries, our venue is versatile and can accommodate your ceremony and reception all indoors.

For all inclusive packages clean up is included. We will ensure all your personal belongings are at the front so at end of the reception you just have to take your gathered belongings. If it’s a DIY package clean up is done immediately after the reception by 11pm.

All-inclusive packages: Saturday weddings have Friday night ceremony rehearsals, Sunday weddings have Thursday night rehearsals. Elopement packages can add on a 30 minute ceremony rehearsal for $100 the evening before if the date is available.

Most receptions last around four hours. The all-inclusive packages have DJ time for 5 hours total from start of music at ceremony to end of reception or 11pm. The elopement packages have 3 hours with silver and 4 hours with gold.

Yes! If you want to keep the party going, you can add more hours to your package at a standard hourly rate of $300 added on in advance, if added on the day of the event it will be $400 an hour.

We ask you to provide a final guest count at least 15 days prior to your event in order to finalize catering details, seating needs, and other important details to accommodate each and every guest!

Around 25 guests is our minimum for our micro-wedding packages. Thinking about something even smaller? Please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
