Founder | Lead Designer & Event CoordinatorWhen Nikki and her husband Andrew set out to build Little Tennessee Event Farm, they had a simple but powerful vision — a place where couples could celebrate their love without stress, surrounded by beauty that felt intentional in every detail. With a degree in design and a passion for creating meaningful experiences, that vision has grown into one of the region's most beloved wedding venues.
As Founder, Lead Designer, and Wedding Coordinator, Nikki is 100% hands-on from the very first tour through the final dance. She personally designs and handcrafts all décor, creates every timeline, and coordinates every vendor, team member, and moving piece on wedding day. From intimate micro weddings to full wedding weekend events, no detail escapes her eye — and no couple goes without her full attention, creativity, and expertise.
Andrew Stark
Co-Founder & Facilities DirectorWhen Nikki envisioned Little Tennessee Event Farm, Andrew made sure it could stand — literally. As Co-Founder and Facilities Director, he is the man behind the scenes keeping every light on, every system running, and every corner of the property in pristine condition. Drawing on over 24 years of owning a successful HVAC and construction business, Andrew brings unmatched skill and dedication to everything he touches. He may not be the one in the spotlight on wedding day, but make no mistake — none of it happens without him.
Sue Ann Boggs
Sue Ann of Sue Ann's Photography brings a depth of experience that only comes from a lifetime behind the lens. A photographer since the days of film cameras, she has spent decades perfecting her craft and developing an eye for the timeless, authentic moments that make a wedding truly unforgettable. Her portraiture is classic and enduring — the kind of images couples will treasure for generations. Beyond weddings, Sue Ann also photographs engagement sessions, families, newborns, and seniors, making her a trusted name for life's most meaningful milestones.

Angie Johnson has spent 35 years doing what she loves — feeding people well. As the exclusive caterer for Little Tennessee Event Farm, she brings decades of culinary experience to every wedding and event she serves. Angie is beloved for her hearty, comforting meals that feel like home, and equally capable of executing the elevated, refined menus that couples who choose to upgrade have come to rave about. Whatever the menu calls for, Angie delivers it with consistency, care, and a whole lot of heart.

Cake Specialist A cake decorator of 16 years! She has a passion for creating beautiful, custom cakes that help make life's special moments even more memorable. She loves the creativity that cake design allows, from bringing unique ideas to life to adding personal touches that reflect each celebration. Weddings hold a special place in her heart, and she enjoy’s being a small part of creating joyful memories that couples and families will cherish for years to come!
Anita Chapman
Anita is Nikki's momma — and quite possibly the most versatile member of the Little Tennessee Event Farm family. She serves as both a Design Assistant and our on-staff wedding officiant, bringing heart and expertise to every role she steps into. On any given wedding day, you might find Anita setting up décor, grabbing a camera to support Sue Ann, helping serve food, or carefully carrying the cake to be cut by Angie. She also owns and operates her own photo booth, a guest-favorite add-on that brings extra fun and lasting memories to any celebration.

Keri serves as Lead Design Assistant at Little Tennessee Event Farm, working closely alongside Nikki to bring each couple's design vision to life. With years of experience in weddings and events, she is the skilled hands behind the décor — executing every detail with precision, care, and a deep understanding of what makes a space truly shine.
